WHEN CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Tickets can be purchased through our website, using a credit card.

ARE DINNER TICKETS SOLD SEPARATELY?

Garden Dome reservations and Dinner Tickets are sold SEPARATELY. Once the Garden Dome has been reserved, guests have up to 24 hours to complete their Dinner Ticket purchase.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost to reserve your Garden Dome is 45$ (90$ without discount code). Dinner Tickets are priced at 76$+gratuity per guest.

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR ONLY 2 PERSONS?

The minimum number of guests is 4 per dome. If you would like a reservation for 2, you would be required to pay for all 4 dinners - we would be happy to pack the extra two meals-to-go for you !

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN 6 PERSONS IN A DOME?

In order to provide the best possible experience for our guests, we only allow a maximum of 6 people per dome. We recommend booking a second dome to accommodate more than 6 guests, and our team would ensure the reservations are placed next to each other.

HOW CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE?

You can apply the discount code at checkout, when making your Garden Dome reservation. Discount codes are not applicable to Dinner Tickets.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?

Yes — 18% gratuity will automatically be included in the total price of your Dinner Tickets and added at the time of purchase.

WHAT ARE THE MENU OPTIONS?

We offer three meal options: Meat, Seafood, or Vegan. *Please note: we serve a blind menu - no other menu details are revealed prior to your seating.

WHAT ALLERGY ACCOMMODATIONS DOES THE MENU INCLUDE?

We can accommodate all allergies, as long as sufficient notice is given. *Please make a note on your reservation during checkout, or email us as soon as possible.

ARE ANY OF THE DINNER OPTIONS GLUTEN FREE?

Yes, the Meat option is gluten-free. Please be sure to notify us of any dietary restrictions.

DO YOU OFFER ANY VEGETARIAN/VEGAN OPTIONS?

Yes, we offer a 4-course Vegan option, which caters to both vegans and vegetarians.

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

Based on seating availability, reservation dates/times can be changed. Please email us if you require further assistance.

CAN I SWITCH NAMES AND DINNER OPTIONS IN MY RESERVATION?

Yes. If you need to switch your dinner preference, you can do so by emailing us up to a WEEK BEFORE your reservation.

IS THERE A CUT OFF DATE FOR CHOOSING MEALS?

After making a Garden Dome reservation, guests have up to 24 hours to complete their Dinner Ticket purchase. Please email us if you need to request an extension.

WHAT IF I DON’T PURCHASE MY DINNER TICKETS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RESERVING A GARDEN DOME?

If dinner tickets are not purchased within 24 hours, your reservation slot will re-open to the public and your credit card will automatically be refunded. If more time is needed to purchase Dinner Tickets, guests may be able to request ADDITIONAL time.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN A GARDEN DOME?

There is a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 guests per Garden Dome.

WHY WAS MY RESERVATION REFUNDED? I DID NOT REQUEST A CANCELLATION.

If a dinner purchase is not made within 24 hours of the dome booking, that reservation may be cancelled and refunded in order to open up the seating to other guests. If your booking has been cancelled, you would need to start the process over and re-book through our website.

WHAT IS THE 10% TRANSACTION FEE?

This fee is a payment processing charge standard to any ticketing company.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL GUESTS IF I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED MY DINNER TICKETS?

Yes, you can add additional guests up to a WEEK BEFORE your reservation.

HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO MY RESERVATION?

You can add additional guests through your online profile (link found in your confirmation email).

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO EAT DINNER?

Each seating is 2 hours long. You will have one hour and 45 minutes to enjoy your dinner, and the last 15 minutes will be used by our team to wrap up your meal and tidy the dome.

ARE DRINKS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF DINNER TICKETS?

Drinks are NOT included in the cost, however — there will be a licensed bar on site. Guests will be required to present valid ID.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

There is no dress code, however — we strongly encourage our guests to dress for the weather in a semi-formal attire.

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION ON THE EVENT?

No — all ages are welcome! *Please note: we do not provide high chairs or booster seats for children.

WHAT IF WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE POOR ON THE DAY OF MY RESERVATION?

The event will go on, rain or shine. The Garden Domes are weather resistant, with a heater and blankets provided for colder temperatures, and a portable fan for hotter days.

Chef Heather Carr

Heather, aka The Culinary Crusader, is the executive chef at Footers Catering in Denver. Her laser-sharp focus and attention to detail have gained her some notable achievements, which include earning the title of Champion on the Food Network’s TV show Chopped.

Chef Carr graduated from the Johnson & Wales' Denver Campus and transitioned into the catering business after moving to Los Angeles. She was mentored by Keith Lord, executive chef of Wild Thyme in San Diego, and this year's winner of the ICA's Chef of the Year Award at the ICA CATIE Awards.

She was a two-time ICAEF scholarship winner, which propelled her into numerous speaking appearances at Catersource conference in Las Vegas.

What Chef Carr enjoys most about food is that it is an amazing outlet for creativity, and has given her the opportunity to pass on her passion to the new generation of emerging cooks and chefs.

Reservation Info

2-STEP RESERVATION PROCESS

Reservations can ONLY be made through our website and each dome seats 4 to 6 guests.

STEP 1: Book your Garden Dome Reservation for your group. (One reservation needed per group of 4-6 people)

STEP 2: Dinner Purchase is made immediately following STEP 1 — or within 24 hours of the Garden Dome booking.

Inclusions & exclusions

Reservation Includes a 4-course meal, gratuity for service staff, and a 2 hour seating in one of our enchanting Garden Domes.

Liquor, wine and champagne are available for purchase. We do not offer corkage.

Alcohol is sold separately. Must present valid ID.

Refund policy

Once Dinner Tickets have been purchased, tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you haven’t completed your Step 2 (Dinner Purchase), you may request a refund for your Garden Dome reservation.
